THE POOREST VILLAGE IN EUDolni Tsibar is a village in the poorest part of the EU. Due to the great thirst of knowledge of the local residents, the village is mockingly called the “Roma Cambridge”. Cambridge is an intimate portrait of the life in the village, outlined through the seasons and everyday life of its residents. It’s a film “imperative” on the importance of education in the context of the increasing economic and social stratification of contemporary European society.
